I was born into a bloodline shaped by narcissism, distortion, and betrayal. My mother tried to end my life before it began. Later, she tried to end my son's. Abuse ran deep — through my family, my relationships, even my career.
I tried everything to escape it: therapy, Reiki, breathwork, vision boards, manifestation techniques. I became certified as a Reiki Master Teacher, hypnotherapist, breathwork facilitator. I studied mindset, visualization, meditation.
I became the teacher, the guide.
No matter how perfect I made it look from the outside, the same patterns returned — louder, sharper, more precise. Every time I tried to override it, the pattern pushed back harder. Because it was never about fixing.
